I think every culture must have a version of this pudding & I love them all! But being amongst Hispanic friends most of my life, we enjoy mostly flan around here! Gotta love that caramel flavor. I’m most impressed at your crafty ability to cook up a poem using a form I’ve never heard of, yet also stirring in a batch of syllable counting to end up with a tasty recipe of yummy fun! *gobble! gobble!* Fondly, Margie

Love to cook, love the look of certain dishes - this has all the right ingredients, methinks. Tis always best to adapt to taste.. and many do! You touch the senses, never mind the hips.. could do with a touch of extra padding anyway. Creme brulee?

What a tasty poem! (pun intended) This recipe sounds much like what I know as "custard", and in Spanish culture, "flan". No matter what it's called, most everyone loves it.
