MuseA Poem by Mrudula Rani
A sensation as ethereal as soap bubbles with all the hues of sapphires and Opels,
Yet I can't hold long enough to know how and when it became visual. If I ponder on its probabilities it might take flight... On resemblance of monarchs' and swallowtails' fluttering wings I do not search for tangibility of its essence for the fear of silence replacing all things beyond my comprehension, I make an attempt to etch what I grasp, If words roll like marbles to mend the fragments of my thoughts Iam sure of an image soon emerges from the urgency of my frantic stance. If I let the distractions chase away the wisp of sensation: The sculpture of smoke poised to decipate will disappear, Then I'll run in circles to search and to catch not knowing what it is that I lost in space and time ! © 2018 Mrudula RaniFeatured Review
