Better Weather for Losing FriendsA Poem by Mrs.Sophrosyne4/11/2011 Title image by maxyme. (http://maxyme.deviantart.com/)
Over reacting,
Under thinking, It's all happened before. And now I'm sinking... Into this deep oblivion. I've been here once; I never wanted to return. I guess it's the impression I give, And I guess I never learn, That friends isn't just 'friends' to her. She thinks your cheating, Going behind her back. She thinks I'm to blame, And she's on the attack. I've got no defense. We were the perfect pair You and I, together. But now my only choice Is to move on to better weather. And I'm never coming back. Tell her that you're sorry. You don't regret asking her out And maybe one day you'll see, I'm still who you think about. You'll see, she is crazy. So, goodbye, my dearest friend. Goodbye to our forever. I'm westward bound, Bound for better weather... And I'm never coming back.
