So long ago it seems we met,

Our lives form two from one.

With each night we slept in lovers arms,

And awoke with rising sun.

The pain of loss hangs heavy here,

In this, a world of greed.

But lo, for I have seen the sun,

And it’s not our lot to bleed.

For us there’s life and endless bliss,

In this our lovers song.

For those who know loves truest form,

Live in peace for ages long.

So come and listen to our tale,

From ages long ago.

Sit with us and you might learn,

How love can stop times flow.

Ages pass and we live on,

Though only through our tale.

A tale of beauty, truth and love,

And how they will never fail.
