So few days

In this story we call life

And those days

Add up to years

That make these lives

We live

And we make those lives

Together with one another

With one other person

That one person

We search for for all our days

And find

Whether sooner or later

We find that someone

Whom we love

Whom we cherish

Whom we share with

Those things we hide inside

Our secrets

Our dreams

The things that lurk

In the dark recesses of our heart

Unspoken and untold

Horrors and wonders

That only one

Can truly understand.
