A snowman’s chance

A fateful conversation

An open heart

A world apart

An innocent flirtation

A newfound trust

Was built on lust

That fueled this new fixation

Unfaithful heart

A rocky start

Broke through the hesitation

A point to prove

So much to lose

To catch a good sensation

I was to blame

I played the game

And made a complication

I spoiled the fun

And hurt the one

Who was my true salvation

This is extremely well done. Your word weave in and out of each other perfectly and the rhyme scheme is masterful. The only constructive criticism I can give is to add spaces between your stanzas just to make it nicer to look at, but that doesn't detract from the elegance of your words.
