A Poem by Helena

            ***

The day is gone

Again…! We lost the sun…

The things we’ve done

Always…! were just for fun…

The hopes we build

From books we read,

Are lost for good

Not Understood…

Wake up again

You know! The sun is back

An endless chain

I know! A constant wreck.

Nicely captured. Many things that you've rendered to this page're deeply pen'd with the depth of universe. This's a very nice concept to think ov'r time or ov'r such things which play a very great role in everyone's life. With new sun, new day comes. With new day, new moments come. And.. along such new moments, either the new life comes or old memories enter the life.. for fun, it all depends upon heart what it wants to live. I appreciated the theme of this write as same as I do adore the value of your words.

Thank you for all your comments ! I am.glad you like my poems))
I do like this beautiful poem about how is life sometimes . The tone is melancholic as if you want to express desires broken and false hopes. At the end life imposes its criterion...

"The hopes we build

From books we read,

Are lost for good.

Not Understood…"
