Away above, above the sky

Away above, above the sky

A Poem by MrKnowAll

Divine star, oh, divine star,
you are tremendous in your sight,
you are the mending star,
the prettiest of the night,
the greatest of your kind.
Divine star, says :
I'm the sand in the wind,
I'm the rock in the ocean,
I seize the light,
I bring the night,
I share my hope,
I take your fear,
I bring justice,
I take evil.
I'm the mending of this wreckage,
I'm the blood in your body,
when you shiver, I scream,
I scream loudly,
I take the pain,
I feel the heat,
I feel the cold,
I'm the divine star.

Divine star, oh, divine star,
from far I've seen you,
I have called you,
but no answer before,
what changed your mind?

Divine star, says:
I'm on fast circle,
I shine in seconds,
I drift to the horizon,
I'm the machine behind the world,
I'm the trophy of all,
I scatter my dust,
it forms planets,
I'm the divine star,
I'm the ruler of worlds,
I'm unseen and seen,
your calls slipped ,
moved too fast,
like lighting blaze.

Divine star, oh , divine star,
you are here now,
your enormous light,
is a present to my eyes,
why am I here?

Divine star , says,
I'm the all mighty,
I form planets with a second change,
I take death and laugh,
I take lives and cry,
I'm the immortal sun,
I'm all in all,
the answers are somewhere there,
now you search.

Really really interesting. I really liked the formatting you used, it was very symetrical and rhythmic. "When you shiver, I scream" was one of my favorite lines. Very powerful piece. (:
