One Thousand Nights

One Thousand Nights

A Poem by MrKnowAll
"

His sitting , watching and whispers.

"
Whispers calling for dark deeds,
nights with nightmares full of horror,
speechless angel , forsaken my side,
prayers with no address.

Deprived me of faith,
strengthen my hate,
encouraged my dark side,
his behind all of this.

What is left to do...

Scream for light ,
pills for night,
call upon help,
wait for the voice-mail.

I like that we're left waiting in the end, really impacts the reader and causes us to reflect immediately.
