Unsettling Revelation

Unsettling Revelation

A Poem by Mr Soetry

Unsettling Revelation

A runaway daddy is what I knew you by.
Not even a bye
to mommy
or even a hi
the moment the water broke.
Hearts did break!
You hurt enough people to cry you a lake.

I guess mommy wasn't sweet enough for you
as you ran after sweet 16s.
You knew that you brought life into her
but you cleared your thoughts about us
like you inhaled the amnesia dust.

You walked the earths crust as I heard.
Mad but still wanted to meet you.

They say the small change you got changed who you were.
Now They say you are everywhere.
I never thought it was meant literally as it
was an old man who
was my main chicks sugar daddy,
that old man was you, my dad.
I knew you all along but never expected my dad to make me not sweet enough for my girl as he became her sugar daddy,
Just as my mom was never sweet enough for you as you got more sweet 16s.

:'-( things that we do because of iresponsibility

This is a real sad poem and a scary one to. To think a father would betray his family in such a way is unforgivable and sick.
