Atom Bomb

OK, I wrote it as a song, but poems are kind of the same thing.

Atom Bomb

You can see it in her

Eyes, eyes

Locked into a straight stare

Eyes, eyes

Narrowed in a death glare

Fire off a signal flare

Wish that I could be there

 

Tantalizing, criticizing,

That girl’s got an atom bomb.

With conviction, new addiction,

That girl has an atom bomb.

 

Fly, high

She’s a chain reaction

Oh, my

Time for taking action

A goal without distractions

Too many warring factions

Take a

Look a

Round and

See

 

Tantalizing, criticizing,

That girl’s got an atom bomb.

With conviction, new addiction,

That girl’s got an atom bomb.

Radiation, devastation,

That girl’s got an atom bomb.

Going loud, mushroom cloud,

That girl has an atom bomb.

 

I’m, I’m

Emotion not preceded

She’s, she’s

Strong and undefeated

All I ever needed

And the chain’ll be completed

Critical mass!

Radiation, devastation,

Fire and eradication,

Far above justification,

My one and only inspiration,
