An Afternoon In The Himalayas

An Afternoon In The Himalayas

A Poem by MrJodie
"

Sometimes things just pop into my head. I'm thinking about having a doorbell installed.

"

I told my psychiatrist

That I know how photosynthesis works.

He smiled and wrote me a R

for enlightenment.

He said, "Take this with water

and then sit in the sun

for a little while."

I converted CO2 into oxygen for hours.

Ha! :)) This is funny. What seems like a complicated process is actually quite simple when we become aware of it. I love the image that once you become enlightened, you become a purifier as well, absorbing the toxins and remitting something that the people can breathe. Another great poem from a great mind and a great heart! Much love to you, Jodie....

A droll number which makes me think how piddling are most of our problems (particularly those that quacks are paid handsomely to sort out) when set against the grandeur of nature, typified in spectacularly fashion by the Himalayas.
