AloneA Poem by JR DarewoodI walk alone to the beat of my heart while the rest of you dance sweaty, hips grinding to a rhythm i cannot hear watching me like ghosts phantasms of faces ethereal and formless like zephyrs in the rain I don't feel the drops don't feel your gaze don't hear your voice... because that dull ache eclipses it all leaden in my heart it hurts. But the only moment that i am me, is when you all disappear.
