On a Bench Passing by

A Poem by Mr.Boffin

The bench I'll sit,
and gape; to
ponder, and
ruminate.

Watch the cur;
Scare the lass --
in their hackneyed bonnets!

The late Sun has quivered, and
through that arc
repels the moon;
while

Playful kiddies gamboling,
beneath the day old Sun;
delving into memories --
and living nostalgically.

A beautiful poem, Randall. I especially like the last verse. Great imagery.
