Together

Together

A Poem by Mr. Lopez

Learn to play together

In your own yard and not in the field

Try to dance together

In your own hearts using love as a shield

Even cry together

Not afraid to look weak in the eyes of your friend

Make your plans together

From the day you unite till days come to an end

Always try together

When two hearts beat as one the impossible is done

You can rise together

   Lift up don’t tear down

What God worked so hard to make

Make a child together

Be proud of this gift to make life out of love

Now just watch………….
    and you’ll grow together

To know how it feels to be old and be loved

I love the way you repeat "together" throughout the poem...
it adds impact to the theme of togetherness..

This is beautiful ML! Just beautiful...

Why is it true love is captured so beautifully
and purely on paper...
but most of us holding the pens are
walking around lonely or heartbroken..??
Or both..

We should be the Kings and Queens of love,
don't you agree?! lol

Again, this is yet another beautiful work of art,
as is everything you write my friend :)
