SWEET BEAUTY

SWEET BEAUTY

A Poem by Matt Thompson

SWEET BEAUTY
Odd feelings stir,
I think I’m in love with her,
But I’m not sure.
I’m drawn to the woman’s allure.
It could be her kitten’s purr
She is like myrrh,
It would be perfect if it were,
Just me: with her.
But, her way leaves me with a blur.
