Who knew?

Who knew?

A Poem by Mo

Who knew something as sweet and rich as honey, could burn lips so bad?
Something as melodious as a choir of angels, could set a soul so mad.

Something as soft as the finest wool, could tear the skin with a jagged edge.
Something as calming as the sea,
Could send you plummeting off a ledge.

Something as joyous as a babies laughter,
Could bring a world of sorrow.
Something as breathtaking as nature's views, could leave you wishing there was no tomorrow.

Who knew?
