Nature's own precipitation

Nature's own precipitation

A Poem by Mosunmola Adeniyi

Having a feel of nature's dispense
I could see legs wag like tails in the open space
Broods scuttling around the ocean and making bricks with a deep sense
Lovers would cuddle and make dance moves to the sweet tune and rhythm in this cosy place

The young shall grow when even the old is now the youngest
Grannies and pas moving their legs swiftly in a sousa dance to the music of the day
Life is in no doubt the survival of the fittest
Even the sun whilst gritting heaves no obstruction of the ray

The fishes of the deep blue sea attest to every precipitation they get
Just like the birds of the desert certify to the warmth when sunny
The reptiles who creep also affirm nature's deeds from the onset
While the fine grasses of the farm sway the wind to play funny

The world crawls beneath our feet
But we entities fall within its breach
The day says it's either cool or hot
While the night also asserts it's coolness but for all, nature calls

You're such a wonderful poetess. I so much appreciated the way you implied some metaphors. The poem is good as you are. Well articulated.
