One Faithful Night

A Story by HeartsBinded

I took her hand in mine and shivered slightly as pleasure coursed through my veins and prickled out over my skin. She smiled and lead me down the steps and towards the eastern field. The moon, full and heavy in the early autumn sky, silvered a narrow path that softly curved down the field and up a hill. We walked at a leisurely pace, swaying against each other, the ground soft beneath our bare feet. The trees whispered and leaned on each other as we entered the copse and stopped at the top of the hill. We stood in silence, admiring the view below and basking in each others presence. It was I who finally broke the silence.
"I have something on my mind angel, and I'd like to talk to you about it." she smiled and held my hand tighter. Our eyes met.
"And what might that be?" she turned her head to the side slightly, her eyes silently questioning .
"I am a little shy... it is out of the ordinary, but it's something I feel strongly about. I think it would be soothing to our souls and a beautiful experience" at that I paused to judge her reaction. I tried, and failed, to hide the worry in my eyes. But her smile broadened and she nodded.
"Yes?"
"I think, beneath our clothes, we have beautiful bond that exists in more ways than our passions and desires, and the more we hide it the harder the truth is, to live and feel. Do you know where I am headed with this?" A fleeting spark of worry glittered in her eyes and her smile faded a little with nervous anticipation. I moved a little closer.
"I'm not entirely sure i know what you mean..." she said, her voice tinged with nervous laughter.
"I just wish to be bare with you my angel, to be free and open, do you see now?" softly, i rested one hand on her shoulder and the other on her cheek.
"I do..." she said and looked away, blushing cheeks, lips curled into a shy, closed smile.
"So, my angel, what do you think?" i smiled down on her and she looked up, nervous but eager. She kissed my wrist softly and moved closer, hooking her fingers through my belt loops.
"I'll show you mine if you show me yours first?" she pulled her hands away and ran them through my hair. She shivered lightly in the chill breeze. I unbuttoned my shirt and let it slip over my shoulders to the grass beneath, I then lowered my hands and unhooked my belt, lowering my pants to my ankles. I stepped out of them and toward her shyly blushing wearing just my briefs.
"Are you Ok?" I looked to her. "are you ready?" She nodded slowly and I lowered my briefs and kicked them aside baring my completely to her. I looked to her for comfort and was met with nervous, but reassuring eyes.
"I have never been more nervous in my entire life," she managed to stutter. She looked away a moment, then she smiled and turned back to me, standing a little taller now. Slowly her hands moved upwards, she loosened the clip that held back her hair and let it fall slowly as she shakily pulled up her shirt. She tossed it behind her and slipped quickly out of her flowing peasant skirt, throwing it aside. The bells on the drawstring tinkled and chimed, everything was silent. She fidgeted with the clasp on her bra and cursed under her breath. "Damn buckles!"
I watched her fumble in her nervous beauty and I tried to catch her eyes and give her a reassuring smile.
"Relax, angel." i managed to whisper. She smiled at me and finally pulled it over her head. Her hands hovered reluctantly over the waistline of her panties. I watched in unconditional admiration as her bare, shy beauty unfolded in front of me like a newly hatched butterfly. She brought her hair around, awkwardly trying to cover herself with it. She shivered, rubbing her arms to get warm. I moved close, arms outstretched to hold her. I pulled her close. I looked on as the moon light cast a trail down the silky skin on her bare back. Her shivers were of ecstasy more than from the chill in the air I felt her heart beat and mine thudded in time with it.
"I love you angel" I whispered. I sighed and shivered as i said it. I took a step back, taking her hand in mine, I raise it my lips as I lean down and plant a kiss gently upon it. "Shall we walk, leave or clothes here and just walk into the fields under the moonlight on this beautiful starry night?"
"If you'll keep me warm I've no objections." she shivers once and gives me a reassured, confident smile.
"It would be my honor to keep you warm my lady!" I step along side her hand out stretched "shall we darling?"
"We shall" she takes my hand and we walk down the hill, following the path that twines through the tall grass like a shining snake. We make our way forward, walking close. My body heats hers and vise versa. In the short distance between us there is a soft fire, warm and bright.
Our senses heighten as the wind whispers through the dry leaves of fall as we pass by each tree. Words are few for this moment is all knowing and beautiful in its honest reality. We reach a thin clearing, the canopy of the trees already worn thin by autumns losses. The moon is framed perfectly. Stars spin and dance and are intertwined in the dark nets cast by the night sky. We spin slowly with bodies locked, in each others arms, we turn,we smile, we breathe as we feel this new born freedom and rejoice.
We dance and sway like the stars to the music of early autumn night, the slow chirp of crickets, the distant cry of a night bird. Our souls fly, ebb and flow with each other in the stream of conscience. Becoming one with the collective soul that is our nature, feeling our exceptions as we hide nothing. Feeling watched by eyes of mother nature, no longer shy, no longer timed. Open and in love, loving all. Together as one, freed from the chains that held us bound, free to dance in the realm that houses all the beauty of existence. Naked is no longer a word, now it is just us.
As the dance subsides and we fall to the earth, a single being, she smiles. We sit with, arms entwined, hearts in sync, and she smiles. The feeling of fulfillment wells up inside of her and flows out in the radiance of the early sunlight. She sighs and edges closer, our heart slows now, to a steady rhythm and we lie still, keeping each other warm. Safety and warmth and love and hope burst through our skin like light through Lacey curtains and we are content just to be together, nothing more than two single, solid, entwined branches, of the same soulful tree.
