Slip Away

Slip Away

A Poem by Morsi
"

People come and go as things do. Nothing is permanent; no one remains forever by your side. They slip away.

"
Slip away from me
For it’s easy to forget me
Along with our sweet memory.

Slip away and never come back
For it’s hard to mend a broken heart
And this life that’s torn apart.

Slip away and forget me
On the sand you write my name
But when it’s gone, who’s to blame?

Slip away. Just slip away.
