Desolation

-10 degrees and she freezes.
Stiff and lifeless. All she feels is the icy grip of the world.
She longs to flee this frozen niche she's been burdened with... But she is permanently planted in the same spot. Throughout a brief time, her only nourishment is the moon, that seems to never rest. Entirely helpless and cold. She suffers silently, under the night stars. Unable to cry, she finds comfort in the shedding of her pedals. She slowly dies away, and could never be happier.
