Scoop out the flesh of the pumpkin, put the flesh in the oven for an hour @ 350 for an hour, sprinkle in some nutmeg with a drop of brandy. Take it out with out mix with three egg yolks, than add Parmesan, than talk a table spoon and place it on fresh tortellini, seal it and boil it in Salt Water for three minutes and than you have Pumpkin Ravioli. Top with Sea Salt and tomato sauce with a splash of Garlic, serve on a hot dish....

Boom Pumpkin Ravioli!
