When I fallA Poem by MoriartyMesaGETTING OLDER IS SHITE!
At one point the heart shall stop,
the strength may fail, my back can take no more, and the spirit will demand freedom. And when the time comes for my body to resist the last breath, my arms shall no longer hold winds, Earth, Sun, and my eye's can no longer embrace the moon and her daughters, my body does not restore the Suns heat to my own...... THE MAYAN KNOW'S HIS TIME COMES A time will come when my hands will no longer obey the commands I give them, a time when the mind turns dull from the endless flint it is struck against, a time when my body refuses to make it self better, stronger, smarter, faster, when it has had enough...... THE MAYAN KNOW'S HIS END. Sadness shall fallow, darkness will slowly slip, song's will seem less familiar, what will I do??????? T H E L O V E O F A G O O D W O M A N !!! the honesty of an evening, seeing her rest, sigh, nap, wander, and always seeing a loveliness...... But A Mayan always knows his own end. A MAYAN KNOW'S HIS END A MAYAN KNOWS HIS END A MAYAN KNOWS HIS END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Freeze frames of stolen moments, stolen kisses, stolen time, 'borrowed moment's' we shared, the small, but prestigious, and most important parts of a life, will be the last thoughts, when the heart stops, the mind fails, the body derails, your kiss, smile, brow, touch, coress, and bliss. Will be those last, breathless, embraces, holds of love, kisses of forgiven acts of stupidity, But when I fall, it shall be as life began, alone and with only my senses to guide me.
