WHERE I HIDE MYSELFA Poem by Rose of many coloursI had a need to hide my self from negative people and their criterism.I hide myself in old rusty drums of speeches In thoughts that travel with the wind In muses of ancient ruins From whispers of voices so dark I hide myself in places not to be
found. I hide my pain among heavy raindrops of laughter In the chemistry of different smiles, In old dried up, broken cisterns Among stars that look alike From insults of rotted fruits and withered trees I hide myself to be lost to you. I hide my sadness when the light is out in the tunnels of
freedom In the desert storms
of a blistering mind In the dark where the moon crowns the sky Among thorns and thistles where snakes do climb From the thrust of burden some words I hide my self where you can’t find me. © 2013 Rose of many coloursReviews
