The Edge

The Edge

A Poem by Jessie

I'm on the Edge.
I'm going to go through that brick
Wall
of
Insanity.

I'm right up
on the
Edge.

I can feel the
rough surface of the
bricks on my skin.

I'm right there now
I'm already partly through the wall,
sliding through like a
Ghost.

I want to bang my head on the
Wall
until all the crazy
bleeds out.

I'm itching inside--
                   itching
itching
             itching
itching-itching-itching
              ITCHING---

MAKE IT STOP!
(oh please make it stop~~~~)

Sigh,
Why can't I just be
like
everyone
else
?

About
I am a faerie princess. I grant wishes if you make me smile. I like long walks on the shorelines of other dimensions. I chase after words like butterflies and tie them to paper, and watch my poetry fl.. more..
