Garden of Eden

Garden of Eden

A Poem by Writen in Darkness
"

the mysteries of the garden the has long been forgotten

"

Sinking below

the sands if Eve,

making wishes

and dreamers beleive.

Above our heads

the stars and sky,

great white wings

on our backs we fly.

Feared from light

and life itself,

from riches to poor,

we lost our wealth.

Running away

from our fears and dreams,

shield your eyes,

from the light that gleems.

Unheld and lost

my eyes gone blind

Fallen angel

you're trying to find.

Our hands held

we walk together.

Never losing

your loved forever.

Behind out thoughts

they block our head,

the secrets told

and stories read.

Forbidden love

the curtain hide

no longer willing

to stand by my side.

The stories unravel

into dreams behold,

in your arms

the treasures you hold.

The sand that buried

all those lives ago

dust clouds form

from silent winds that blow.

Rememeber the sacredness

of secrets and dreams

remember the wings

of all that gleems.
