70. Raindrops of Calls

70. Raindrops of Calls

A Poem by Alex Moondragon

Drops of rain glitter through the air,

Their quick-silver clusters on the ground;

Each drop of rain that strikes a pool

Rings out a call to me.

I hear your call,

Your sweet call for love, my love,

For my attention and tenderness;

You reach out to me

Through a sky of grey

And you cry raindrops of calls.
