untitled 408A Poem by moo to the world
today i just need one thing
to be anywhere but here i swear i found a real reason for this rock in my throat all these things and i need to be away i miss my desert and sand the subtle kiss of cactus flowers hanging heavy in the air empty tidal wave of freeways and empty trashed filled lots i miss my hollywood hills and all the sad eyes and lack of time an endless summer that was mine dusty after thoughts haunt my homes boulevards and how i miss the subway and it makes me twitchy like i should be moving but now that everything is gone i have nowhere to go so i sit and need just one thing to be anywhere but here © 2012 moo to the world |
