silently thereA Poem by moo to the world
bullets of sunshines
piercing through my dusty window there a cat at my side and a desert in my mouth it feels chilly winter is slowly slipping in with each waining fall day as i shake my age and my dreams i walk to the mirror watch myself wash my face and brush my teeth i can hear my neighbors through the wall talking something about hand sanitizer i chuckle stumble over a cat inch my way to the kitchen throw on a pot for tea check my empty fridge to see if anything has magically grown in my fridge chuckle some more its funny how a mans fridge can sometimes read like his biography nothing like some cold emptiness to depress the day © 2012 moo to the world |
