Piaget asked tycoons why objects fall to the floor.

They said, ‘Because we pay them to.’


He asked if their labor had value.

They offered him sevens and eights.


He inquired of movements in markets.

They squandered the dough on a race.


Piaget said scientific progress

could lead to the creation of a new Eden.


They told Piaget man would one day acquire the sun.
