Poem of a Mad Man

How does it feel to go insane, how do you know you've gone insane?

Kneeling
Screaming

And knowing

Knowing something

Something that can drive you mad
So mad you go insane

So insane you don’t know what to do

What is there to do?
How do you tell someone you’ve lost it?
How can you convince someone you’ve lost it?

 

Is there any way of retrieving what you’ve lost?
Your mind
You’ve gone insane and only God knows why
You’ve lost it

But how?
All you did
All you believe in
All you had
Collapsed
That was when it snapped

You snapped
I snapped

I lost it

 

You knew it
You saw it
You felt it!
