Into The Deep

I've never been in a place like this,
A place so dark I will always miss,
This,
This is where I've always been,
No light, no fight, that's the place I'm in,

I'm not afraid of this place,
I wanna stay here forever,
I never want the fall to stop,
I never wanna come up for air.

And then I see you.

We submerge into the deep,
We come here, leave, the cycle repeats,
I pray we don't pass the point of no return,
I pray we escape the flames before we burn,

Now I'm out of my mind,
Gone to that place that no one will ever find,
No one, but you,
You're all I need to see, to discover, to know that this place is true,
That this dark place is love,
And the only other person with me is you.

I admire your writing, it speaks very much to me. To face the unknown, and choose to be there, is beautiful. To dare, I see it as to dare... yes. Then another comes to the picture, and you're not alone, anymore. "I pray, we escape the flames before we burn" What a lovely line there. This special person, seems to be collided into one with you, and you show the reader, it's needed to dare, for being loved, and to love... it's an art itself... well done.

This poem gets me thinking about soap bubbles. Two conscious beings are as two soap bubbles, a pink one and a blue one, occupy two places, but when they touch they merge into one pink-blue bubble afloat within a unique place, a paradise for two.
