Sleepless

Another night, no sleep at all

Contemplating skipping classes

Only to remember that

Reviews are handed back tomorrow

But how much do I value these?

If only to stay awake another 24 hours.

Time management was never a strong suit.

Making coffee at 4am.

And snow angels by myself.

How much more can I put my body through?

Basketball game injuries,

Bungee cord mishaps leaving deformed knuckles

Under-eye wrinkles

Headaches and such

Is it worth it?

These classes are ruining my life

80 page papers on overfishing in the North Atlantic,

20 page reading reviews about forestry management,

30 page policies on toxic substance control by the executive branch,

400 page books about French politics,

Applications for schools in Florida and Colorado,

And summers in D.C.

Fall overseas

Too many aspirations?

Too much after school involvement?

Maybe.

But it kind of makes me feel alive.

I'd rather feel pain than nothing at all I guess the saying goes.

I couldn't stand the stress myself. Doesn't exactly help that I am a terible student either lol. But seriously, I think you need a break. Take a semester off to live some of your other dreams. Could easily be worth it.
