Walk With Us

Cry my tears for me
See through her eyes
Feel with his heart
Listen with our ears

Breathe for my brother
Embrace her difference
Hold close his fears
Tremble in our need

Sit in my isolation
Run her race from pain
Scream his lost voice for him
Suffocate in our silenced hope

Walk with us in our shoes
Wade into all you do not suffer
Take our hand, rise with us and
together create a better future
