On A Clear Day

An old poem written for my anniversary one year. I don't recall which year. It was before we moved away from Missouri. So, the poem predates 2007.

On a clear day

I can see your heart

Though you're far away

Your heart shines bright

And lights my world

When it rains, when it snows

In the moon's glow or sunshine

My heart sings out wherever you are

By my side or far away

My heart sings only for you
