i miss your writings...there are never enough of them.
Yes, it's a lonely song when we make our way through life by pricking others with thorny lies and deceit...how can we rest comfortably..the imperceptible wounds are more noticeable than we may understand.
love the wording here...and the depth...

It's lonelier still when we sink our selves among those thorny lies, accepting the pricking… the wounds the costs compounding to Self. It's something we all do to "just get along" and "keep the peace" because "that's just the way things are" -- or, so we're taught in this life.
Like the saying, the bark is worse than the bite, but you don't know until you attempt to touch it. Life is like that I guess.

Yeah, I'm still hanging about. I don't do read requests any longer. But, I do review for review. I just found with read requests, I was reading a lot of other people's work without reciprocation from most of them. It seems everyone wants to friend you so they can send you read requests, then just drop you from their attention the rest of time; so, I don't accept new friend requests either.

BTW, Pryde, did you see the spoken word reading of this poem?

i try to never keep my self deceptions in stasis they are ever evolving temporary conclusions the blood pools are still there but the blossoms behind them are quickly forgotten to make room for new ones my hands are covered in mysterious wounds but i cant seem to help myself I keep looking for more blossoms:)

If you read my work and comment, I'll return the favor on your work. I'm not adding new friends nor accepting read requests.
