Beaten, bold, golden inspiration…

Golden sensation by new day’s light…

A pinch of midnight… sprinkling down…

Falling crystal cascade… like stars…

‘Pon this golden inspiration…

Frothing gold and silky white…

Blending to fill my expectation…

The sunlit moon-high sky looks on…

Peeking, prodding bright morn’s dawn…

This and that and just a touch…

Of who knows where fancy lies…

Sizzling… melting… lost in ecstasy…

Slide ‘pon my plate and fill me!

Ahhhh! My cheesy delectation!

What is interesting about these writes is that really, to be human is to love many pleasures, including some foods. I also find it fascinating when a food I truly love people find unpallatable. It seems unfathomable, but no different really, than not understanding one's physical attraction for another. Well done.

I use a blend of cheeses, usually. Gouda is often in that blend. Sometimes I make feta omelettes. Sometimes, I make spinach Alfredo omelettes. The choices are endless. The "golden" comes from the cage free organic eggs' yolks.

What an entertaining journey this one. On the one had it has the feeling of a descent of the unexpected as inspiration, imagination or intuition will always be. They will forever remain indomitable and boundless. Yet rather than remian unsubstantiated they became substance and a delectable one as well. Hence the reaction at the end of reveling in taste.
