A little social commentary

Tablets, phones, and Facebook;
they say this is our story,
that we are a people to overlook.

Men in suits, white as bleach
talk of our failure and worth.
on and on they preach

But we are better and we will show
We will rebel and fight and win
Against those who oppress us;
Even if the progress is slow.

From Frannie Mae and Freddie Mac
Your depraved tyranny
we will attack.

Your politicians and corporate police
Will never stand victorious
Against our will and anger
The outcome will be glorious.

Ferguson was just the start,
the battle has begun
we will all play a part.
