Just Wondering

 

Just wondering if there is a god,

A god that would save us.

Just wondering if there really is a power like no other,

A power to both build and destroy.

 

Just wondering if there is a Heaven,

A place of peace and serenity.

Just wondering if there really is a Hell,

A place of torture for all of eternity.

 

Just wondering if there are such things as Guardian Angels,

Beings to watch over us and guide us to Heaven.

Just wondering if there are such things as Demons,

Entities of evil to lead you to Hell.

 

Just wondering if your god would always be there,

Never leave your side.

Just wondering if he would ever hear

Every thought and prayer.
