I wrote a song, you wrote a bittersweet eulogy

I wrote a song, you wrote a bittersweet eulogy

A Poem by XxxModifyTheMassesxxX

I hope you feel good now for what you have done to me.
Pretending I was nothing, you threw away everything.
I know I'm not perfect but I tried to be a morsel of good.
But it's apparent he's better than I ever could
Be
So proclaim to who the heart really directs to.
For now lost and broken is how I shall awaken.

Sleeping will be more of a challenge than it already his
Since all I picture is your mouth on his...
Detail can't be described
For ever a scribe could not realize
That after s**t day in and day out
I thought it was time to love again and had no doubt
And full trust in you I bestow
And you played me like I'm nothing
And you'll never know
Nor understand how it kills
To hand over a shattered heart, hoping you'd bandage.
And without you I felt I couldn't manage.
But now it's best I forget what had been lost...
