The Lost City Of Love

The Lost City Of Love

A Poem by PoeticFury
"

I use to call it home

"
A place that has exited and been undiscovered for many years.
Within it history is always written. The ancient city has only been seen by a chosen few.
Not by the others due to the fact they are to busy living in it.

Ask about it..

They will be quick to doubt it.In return asking is that even something to mention? Each passing second another building falls to the ground
All that can be said is that it is completely rotted.
Cars scrapedPeople killingNo debate..Helpless babies and women are getting raped.
We all have heard of Atlantis which has been underwater, but this city has been under plenty.
The chosen ones try to keep it and have those followers to change and lead. Replenish this toxic air so the people can finally breathe.

The city that does not even know love.

I call it home, and that is something for me to hate.
You can understand me or even say I am trying to cause friction, but I will speak what I feel.
At the same time the truth I am nopolitician.I see thesesigns it speaks while moving.
I wish we can solve this secret, but we would need everyone so much to find.
Like ancient ruins.Yet I will forever remember that this place had a start
If these are actions that are driven from the devil below or the man above.
I remember....
That this is a place known as my home.
I call it The Lost City Of Love
