"They" Say

I never did get the saying

They say it is better to have loved and lost to have never loved at all.
For the makers of that saying why don't you try it and see which takes longer to have you heart broken from getting the chance to have a spouse or a loved one.
To someone who has not had loved or even know the meaning of the word. In simpler terms it means none.Love is a sound that some of our ears have never heard..
They say it takes more muscles to frown than to smile.
How would someone know that if they have no idea how the other person thinks. For that matter how they feel rather there mood is up or down.
Is there any proof on that fact/theory on how this was found?
They say everything happens for a reason we just cant control the outcome.
They say that this saying applies to all to me it is some.
Each of us has a purpose but as individuals each of us are different like a riddle.
Yet they have people who try to get these things solved based upon simple wording.
Making up things instead of doing something about it. Making matters that does not concern them.
Yet they call it concerning..
Although I say let's stop all the he say she say.In change make an effort to change.Instead of saying what is strange.Why don't we make it real.
Speak for ourselves and listen to others.We waste to much time trying to speak for how others feel.
I say live and learn take each day as a lesson.Because life is full of ups and downs.I am not here to make or cement no spot in the world of sayings.
Just know that what they say should have a bound,A bound that is on the road to be stop.
They say this is what we do."I say we say get a life"
...... We all have something that we go through.
