We all need to look in it sometime

I know someone that knows everything about me.
That is sometime a spectator. Can stop all that I do and destroy me just like my creator.
Watches all my moves every time I step in front of them.
I know it sounds silly...
They sometime find a way to break me down mentally like a broken limb that hurts you physically.
Although it's not all bad sometime they help me cure my occasional bruise.
Rather I win or lose or take a misstep.
I can go to them for help.
People can affect you in life, but there is one person that can do both...
If you understand me...
Allow me to ask because you may know them too.
Do you hear him?Do you hear her?
If you don't know them you need to get to know them.
Just check your mirror.
