Haunting space

Haunting space

A Poem by Ana B.

Stepping on stardust while chasing

The echo of the unknown.

This time satire relentlessly racing,

With corners of the truth that are never shown.

A story hovering at the edge of mind,

A whisper away from imagination…

By the sands of time and stardust was refined

This eternal, deafeningly silent ovation,

Pulling at the heartstrings, yet,

No words were ever said…

And thoughts were never thought…

Those shapeless faces ahead

Could do nothing but tie the knot…

               This knot…

I carry through endless sighs,

My constant companion that has brought

something to ponder, and while the sky cries,

I might as well too, because why not…

Well, this seems to have been written eloquently; reminding me of earthly and cosmic forces. It's in a kind of structure, without actually rhyming or keeping to a rhythmic flow; but the lines hold a tantalising myriad of cryptic meanings.! Thanks for sharing. I accept "read requests" on this site, as well.
