For some reason, this reminded me of when I first studied epistemology where you're basically thinking about thinking, which I compared to trying to take apart a motor whilst driving.
Of course, epistemology is the study of knowledge, and the very first question is - how do we KNOW anything?
In short, we don't! (insert every stoner quoting The Matrix). Descartres tried to anchor it in something outside us, but what is exactly is "outside" "us"? and how can we know THAT for sure?
See, my brain is getting sore again lol
Of course, this is just western logic. Maybe that's the "bourgesosie" frame of mind.
Maybe the eastern "enlightenment" is the "rich" mind set? (extending the metaphor)
To where, from where? Add infinity into ideas our brain can't really conceptualize (like the edge of the universe, the 4rth dimension, and the highest prime #...)
Anywho, now I'm likely making your brain hurt, so I'll stop lol
Good metaphysical piece.

And i'm sure that one day we will get closer to the ''edge of the universe'' . I mean if there's a direction one chooses to evolve in, that would be it :) Thank you for the wonderful thoughts, Alessander.
I love your flippant approach to this brain affliction. I love this line: "sore brain from all the pain of thinking." I remember in my younger days we would sit around & analyze everything in longwinded debates. Now that I'm old, I have no extra brainwaves to waste on such nonsense! *wink! wink!* I'll take bankruptcy any day! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

'. Sore brain ~~~~~ From all the pain ~~~~~~ Of thinking.'
People say one can over-think, worry incessantly, analyse, thus - falsely represent the orginal. True, hands up. But can a mind empty itself from past considerations and start each time with a clean slate?!. Don't know. So, is this what you're saying my perceptive, far reaching friend? Your words really do hurt my head sometimes but, believe me you've always been a touch of philosopher wearing coat of many colours!
Superbly brief but phrases filled to capacity!

You are righting for the 'write' audience here Ana. I know from my own experience that thoughts are slippery and elusive fugitives. Putting the world to rights is hard work for the grey matter but magic sometimes appears.Your poetic thoughts on thoughts are well thought!

Alan
You are really awesome at metaphorically speaking:) You make all sound in every write I have read filled with a beauty a very warm beauty. Here I find one who is poor and wonders where shall I go. I loved it:)

Credit is found only in the words that I see:) You are very welcome:)
A middle class mind - now that is another painful *ouch* thought! While everyone over thinks things once in a while, some people just can’t ever seem to quiet the constant barrage of thoughts. Their inner monologue includes two destructive thought patterns—ruminating and worrying. Putting an end to rehashing, second-guessing, and catastrophic predictions is easier said than done. But with consistent practice, you can limit negative thinking patterns. Interesting write – really gets the reader pondering! :-)

Like trying to grasp the loose change or the stray french fry that falls in between your car seat... the act of trying to grasp it only perturbs and moves it further down in between the cushions... like measuring electrons... frustrating and pretty much impossible.
I stole that analogy from one of my a*****e sister's who I'm sure stole it from someone else.
Us proletariats are generally unoriginal to the point of plagiarism sometimes.
I don't really have a concrete understanding of this poem. I just wanted to use that analogy while calling one of my sister's an a*****e.

I think i read about this principle, don't remember the name for sure, i believe its called Copenhagen Interpretation or the observer effect as you called it, its interesting how the existence of an observer already changes the nature or the properties of the space, or anything that is being observed. Opens a bunch of other ideas and thoughts...i suppose the effect of time, or the action of time in a way also depends on the observer, therefore its a subjective notion...but its just a thought. Thanks for stopping by ;)
and even in its blankness it is working subconsciously...and maybe coming up with its best ideas... and is gaining in currency...really like this Ana...in third line, i read "its force"---
the mind has such power, even when it appears to be absent.
