Underwater

Underwater

A Poem by Ana B.

Eyes closed. Even the peace is mute

I wonder if that’s how death sounds …

Yet most likely it’s my mind’s tired platitude

Hovering behind my unruly thoughts…

Bubbly piano in perfect harmony

Cluing me in about what I fail to see -

The undecipherable beauty’s astronomy

That makes this existence to be

Comely...

Mystique…

Ending abruptly

When hearts learn how to speak…

And like a fire bird

I spread my wings

Completely unconcerned..

Tickled by the wind…

Embracing the flames -

The next level’s portal

Leaving this familiar domains

And this  body that’s fragile and  mortal

But my thoughts will never be.

hmm, original :)
Ana I miss your work
And i love James Blake

Well there is something quite distinct to live with open arms
Being in flight in spirit
Your words takes the reader on this serene sense of never ending freedom

Thank you my sweet friend :) And as i often thought, this freedom begins with total surrender...
When I dive in water, I feel exactly the same way... that silence is little eerie & peaceful.

Ana, this is such a beautiful write... I like the way you have expressed some deep thoughts here... Looks like poet is in some kind of conflict with her thoughts.... I'm amazed by your word choices... Excellent thought and very well presented... It takes the reader to a thought provoking world.... Very well done....
