A Poem by Ana B.

No Apocalypse please…

I think it’s enough

So many Horsemen in these

lives … lacking in love.

In this forest is easy to get lost…

The night is darker when being alone

So this meadow may be my host

Yet this beautiful world is my home.

Again Ana a wonderful write, to see the horsemen would bring an end to our lives as we know them, although the change would eventually bring new life, it would seem better to hide in the forest to avoid the night, the beautiful world is your home now and will forever be long after the horsemen have rode away, lovely :)

Thank you very much my dear friend :)
Ana: So lovely and clever. Yes oh yes...let's live a little longer in joy and in love - so much is missing these days and In this forest it is easy to get Lost..Love it...what wonderful imagery and the metaphor is riviting. I too would love to be in that meadow in peace; hoping there's a stream nearby I could roll into and forget everything because: Yet this beautiful world IS my HOME! We all deserve this peace. Thank you so very much! Dale

You inspire me sweet girl!!
Wow Ana - I got to thinking based on the line about the Horsemen - what if the Horsemen arent only 4 but 4 for every person in a personal apocalypse for each and everyone of us - and if thats just a re-hash of what you were saying here then I will *smack* my own botty for stating the glaringly obvious (again).

The image you chose is somewhere I'd like to be right now as the waving sun paints the sky mauve. Lying on the grass dancing. Yes dancing, lying down and laughing with someone who liked to dance too - laughing at the moves we were doing.

No Apocalypse please - simple but heartfelt and says so much about the author. Great write Ana. :)

Thank you very much for the beautiful words Nazia :)
the night is darker when being alone, but as you say...there is a beautiful world out there, and that is our home...and needs no one else for us to feel the peace if we just embrace it.
