Sad world

Sad world

A Poem by Ana B.

Tears are often fables

Spoken by a woman

In the world where angels

Are nothing but a rumor

Between the world of obscurity

And that of the light

The edge lost its purity

And the shadows will glide

Eyes don’t see the harmony

Hands can’t touch enough

Ears don’t hear the symphony

Hearts don’t feel the love…

Thank you for stopping by Noel :) I'm thrilled you enjoyed it.
This melted in my mouth as I read it out to myself - much like those expensive but 'over-all-too-soon' luxury chocolates one gets in the choclatiers.
I could have devoured a lot more ...
thanks Ana

Wow, just wrote something, gone? Huumm, Beautiful as always; loved it from the beginning to end. Your poetry ROCKS, like you know who, with the tattoes....I see the line angels are rumors (sad and wrong- to me); the beginning where is write tears are often fables spoken by women...you're just a wonderful writer. I know when I come here something insightful and beautiful awaits me. Thank you. Dale

Thank you very much for reading it!
First up.... I hope you are alright:) Because I can feel that you write from the deep chambers hidden in your soft heart:) Hopefully this is a way of showing your strength against all the odds you are facing....
If I'm wrong on my judgement... Then, you have a wonderful talent of bringing the heart of a wounded person to life through your writing, I must say.

awww, such sweet words......thank you Al
Your words are gorgeous.

I cannot express...well, tell....you how much this peice brought life to my mind.

The images you have put up are beautiful, almost like dreams casted through clear crystals.

The last stanza is what I really liked. You have that right.

Our world just....it doesn't...we don't know what it truly holds.
