A girl I once knew

A girl I once knew

A Poem by Moalix
"

A girl with too much pain.

"

As she told to late

She had met her fate

Late at night

Can't see the light

Mind closed

Despite reason posed

She can't take

No bend just breaks

As it rains

Her tears stain

Her death bed

That's blood red

She will find

That it is time

To stop killing

And start reliving

She starts to see

And begins to be

A girl I once knew

A beautiful thought It si short and precise as i like them to be.I lose my train of thought in a long piece and cannot follow them

Quite powerful words yet sad too. Conjurs up a series of pictures which, of course, is why we use words.

I really liked this. The short lines seem to reflect the chaos in the girls' mind & the suffering that she is going through. I also like the ending and how it's not completely depressing. Really nice write. (:
