Empty No MoreA Poem by Mizu No MitaA poem I wrote literally two minutes ago.
Empty words,
From an empty person.
That is what I once was.
Nothingness,
That is what I once felt.
Then you came.
I began to feel,
That gap fill in.
I was no longer empty,
And the mask began to fall.
The mask I had almost become,
You helped me escape,
That never-ending life of nothingness.
These words are now backed by emotion,
My actions are now my own.
I’ve always been afraid of change,
But this change,
I welcomed with open arms.
